  • 1. We provide training and nutrition frameworks for our trainers to execute during their sessions with clients. This has proven successful as have transformed countless clients. ‍

    2. Along with conducting workshops book reviews for continuous learning, we hold regular meetings to ensure our clients are hitting their targets. We will work as a team to solve progress issues together. ‍

    3. We have a robust methodology to assess if the trainer is the right fit for us, including theoretical tests, case studies, and practical assessments.

    She is a Pilates princess by morning and a muscle mommy by night.

    With a soft heart for individuals with special needs, one of Charmayne's dreams is to regularly conduct a Pilates class in sign language for the deaf. Trained under BARRE Body Pilates and with a background in physiotherapy, she is dedicated to helping people from all walks of life — newcomers, pre- and post-natal women, and athletes — optimize their bodies' potential while enhancing mobility and stability.
