Jaiya brings over 15 years of hands-on coaching experience to every session at Homeground Gym Balestier. From rehabilitation to high-performance athletic conditioning, he has built long-term client relationships grounded in empathy, structure, and real results.

He's coached through some of Singapore's most demanding fitness environments building coaching cultures from the ground up, and mentoring personal trainers across leading studios.
