Shocked to see how well put together this gym was. Equipment was brand new, clean and neat — staff were exceptionally friendly. The founder Kenneth made extra effort to understand your goals. He even remembers my name! Huge shout out to head coach Jaiya who is very experienced. I don't need to hold multiple memberships when I can train here anytime, do PT and recover with cold plunge and infrared sauna.

Pleasant experience visiting the newest gym in the hood. All equipment is brand new and the team paid attention to lighting — it looks classy and modern. The shower facilities were well thought through. The sauna and cold plunge is something you don't see often in such gyms. Whampoa Food Centre is within walking distance too. 10/10, will support.

The team makes you feel welcome and there's a real workout culture forming here. And my first experience at the ice bath and sauna? It makes me want to come back a second time.

My first gym in Singapore and I'm genuinely glad I joined this place. Amazing atmosphere, great equipment, and the trainers and staff make you feel comfortable from day one. Definitely feels like the start of a good fitness journey here. 💪

Very good gym, even better people. The staff have been incredibly welcoming whilst also giving you space to do your own thing, or be approachable if you want help with anything. Would recommend and I haven't even used the cold plunge / infrared sauna yet.
