Fully-Equipped Gym & Studio

Was curious about this new space opening so checked it out over the weekend. Owner was very friendly and more than happy to explain to me how some of their equipment set-up looks like, (some of their machines more versatile than AF counter-part) and let me have a go with a couple of reps. Machines available more than enough to give all major muscle groups a good work out.

His patience and passion really stood out, making the whole experience comfortable and stress-free 🥹 Highly recommended for anyone looking to try something new with a personalized approach!

Beginner-Friendly Pilates Classes

Tried Pilates for the first time today and I’m pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it!

The session was beginner-friendly, the space felt so cozy, and the instructor was incredibly kind and helpful.

Definitely looking forward to coming back for more!

Encouraging Pilates Instructor

Just tried out my first pilates class with Charmayne and I enjoyed it. Charmayne is patient and motivating. When I was struggling with certain stretches, she would slow down and encourage me to keep trying. There was no stress and no pressure, a very comfortable environment to exercise and stretch. Thanks Charmayne for the wonderful class! 🥰
