2. Along with conducting workshops book reviews for continuous learning, we hold regular meetings to ensure our clients are hitting their targets. We will work as a team to solve progress issues together.
3. We have a robust methodology to assess if the trainer is the right fit for us, including theoretical tests, case studies, and practical assessments.

My life so far has been an experiment in how fun movement and fitness can be. Along the way I’ve coached many things from trampoline classes, to inline skating lessons that sharpen balance and agility, to gymnastics classes that build strength, flexibility, and confidence. With a background in competitive gymnastics, breakdancing, and the reality of a 9–5 corporate job, I understand both the discipline it takes to train and the challenges of fitting fitness into a busy lifestyle.
Whether your goal is to get stronger, move better, or just feel healthier, I’ll make sure you feel supported and confident every step of the way - because I believe that just by showing up, you’ve already won half the battle!
