In most cases, yes. We have coaches who specialize in working around chronic pain, previous injuries, and post-surgical recovery. Bring your history to the PT trial, and your coach will tell you honestly what we can and can't help with.

We typically recommend 2–3 sessions per week for best results. We'll set a plan during your PT trial and discuss what makes sense for your schedule and goals before you commit to anything.

Yes! We have one shower room, and we provide shampoo, body wash, and hairdryer to make your post-gym showering experience as comfortable as possible!
