Many of our senior clients train with pre-existing conditions. Your trainer will take your health history into account and design around your limitations. We work with your body, not against it. If you have specific medical concerns, let us know when you contact us so we can match you with the most suitable trainer.

It is never too late. Some of our clients started training in their late 60s with zero gym experience. The body responds to training at any age; your progress may look different from a 30-year-old's, but the improvements in strength, energy, and independence are just as real.

Many of our senior clients came in because a son or daughter asked them to try just one session. A first session is no commitment, just a chance to meet the trainer and see the gym.
